Nvidia's China AI Chips 🤖
Nvidia learned on Monday that it will be able to ship its artificial intelligence chips to China, which sent the stock up 2.33% in after-hours trading.
Details: On Monday, President Trump announced on social media that Nvidia is allowed to ship its H200 chips to China. The company will pay the U.S. government 25% of the sales revenue of the chips sent to China.
Background: Nvidia previously faced restrictions and bans on shipping its most advanced AI chips to China.
