J&J’s Sound-Wave Heart Tool 🫀

Johnson & Johnson $JNJ ( ▼ 0.73% ) reported a success rate in a trial of a coronary artery device on Sunday, giving hope to patients and shareholders.

Details: The 30-day results from the FORWARD coronary artery disease (CAD) investigational device exemption (IDE) study evaluated the Shockwave Javelin Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) Catheter.

  • The study achieved a 93.6% technical success rate without serious complications.

  • 93.4% of participants did not experience major adverse cardiovascular events.

Early Bird’s Nest Egg Gains: This success rate improves the product story for Johnson & Johnson going into 2027. However, the announcement does not provide enough commercial information for an analyst to justify a specific stock-price target or percentage upside in the next year.

Final Thoughts: Shares of Johnson & Johnson are up 31.76% in 2026.
