Ethereum's Bad June Is Over ๐
On Monday, the price of Ethereum $ETH ( โฒ 0.4% ) rose by about 2%, a small recovery after a terrible month for the second most popular cryptocurrency ended.
Details: Ethereum declined by 20% in June. It has lost roughly 45% of its value since the start of the year.
Powering the Story: Ethereum suffered in June mainly because it was caught in a broader crypto risk-off move. In fact, Ethereum underperformed Bitcoin $BTC ( โผ 1.17% ) during the selloff.
Due to macro pressure, investors appeared to rotate toward safer or higher-momentum assets, which pressured crypto demand.
There were massive outflows from Ethereum ETFs (exchange-traded funds).
Yes, But: By late June, the tone improved somewhat and crypto treasury firms accumulated more Ethereum.
Early Birdโs Nest Egg Gains: The main macro factors to watch for Ethereum in July are inflation prints, Fed policy expectations, and broader risk appetite.
Final Thoughts: Could Ethereum experience a comeback in the second half of the year? Anything is possible. In fact, Ethereum outperformed Bitcoin in the second half of 2025.ย ย
