MongoDB $MDB ( ▲ 12.84% ) surged 14.60% in after-hours trading on Wednesday after the software company posted strong financial earnings results.

Financials: MongoDB reported earnings of $1 per share and revenue of $549 million in the past quarter. Both were better than expected.

Details: On Wednesday, MongoDB announced an $800 million stock buyback, bringing its total stock buyback in 2025 to $1 billion. The company also posted a good financial outlook.

PVH Cuts Outlook Due to Tariffs

PVH $PVH ( ▼ 17.96% ) , the clothing company behind brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, fell 7.41% in after-hours trading on Wednesday after posting financial earnings results.

Financials: PVH reported earnings of $2.30 per share and revenue of $1.98 billion in the past quarter. Both were better than expected.

Powering the Story: On Wednesday, the company lowered its financial outlook because of the cost of Trump’s new tariffs. PVH expects to lose $65 million due to tariffs this year.

Final Thoughts: It’s been a bad year for PVH. The stock had already declined by 22%.

ChargePoint Struggles in Mixed Quarter

The electric vehicle infrastructure company ChargePoint Holdings $CHPT ( ▼ 22.49% ) posted mixed financial results on Wednesday, sending the stock down 14.13% in after-hours trading.

Financials: ChargePoint posted a loss of 12 cents per share in the past quarter, which was better than expected. The company posted revenue of $97.6 million, which was lower than expected.

Final Thoughts: It’s a bad time for EV-related companies. The stock was already down 22% this year.
