Palantir's "Phenomenal Quarter"

Software company Palantir Technologies $PLTR ( ▲ 4.14% ) jumped 4.57% in after-hours trading on Monday after posting good financial earnings results, with CEO Alex Karp calling it a “phenomenal quarter.”

Financials: Palantir reported earnings of 16 cents per share and revenue of $1 billion in the past quarter. Both were better than expected.

Early Bird’s Nest Egg Gains: Palantir’s most impressive metric is the 93% year-over-year growth in U.S. commercial revenue, far surpassing typical rates for large enterprise software companies and signaling dominant traction in the competitive U.S. AI software market.

Final Thoughts: While Palantir has been successful, the stock is trading at an expensive valuation.
