Oracle's Cloud Revenue Outlook ☁️

Oracle $ORCL ( ▼ 0.26% ) jumped 8.70% in after-hours trading on Tuesday after the tech giant delivered strong financial earnings results and a favorable outlook.

Powering the Story: Cloud revenue jumped 44% in the past quarter, which was at the high end of Oracle’s outlook. Revenue for cloud infrastructure surged 84%. And Oracle expects cloud revenue to grow as much as 50% in the current quarter.

Early Bird’s Nest Egg Gains: Right now is a strong setup for Oracle Cloud because it is directly plugged into the AI capex wave, and has carved out a differentiated multicloud/AI infra niche rather than fighting hyperscalers head‑on.

Final Thoughts: These were some much-needed good results for Oracle. The stock had been down over 23% this year.
