Okta Flags "Potential Risks" ⚠️

Despite posting good financial earnings results on Tuesday, shares of the identity and access management company Okta $OKTA ( ▼ 3.25% ) plunged 12.84% in after-hours trading.

Financials: Okta reported earnings of 86 cents per share and revenue of $688 million in the past quarter. Both were better than expected.

Powering the Story: The company lowered its non-GAAP operating income outlook for the year on Tuesday. Okta said it is “now factoring in potential risks related to the uncertain economic environment for the remainder of FY26.”

Early Bird’s Nest Egg Gains: Tariffs create macro uncertainties for technology companies by injecting volatility into costs, supply chains, investment decisions, and global competition. The unpredictability of policy changes, combined with the risk of retaliatory actions and broader economic impacts, makes it difficult for tech firms to plan, invest, and grow with confidence.

Final Thoughts: Okta’s cautious outlook has disrupted its strong year. The stock was previously up 59% in 2025.

The key to a $1.3T opportunity

A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Led by former Zillow execs, they already have $110M+ in gross profits with 41% growth last year. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. But the real opportunity’s now. Until 5/29, you can invest for just $2.80/share.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
