Bitcoin's Trade War Pain 📉
The trade war continues to take its toll on cryptocurrency, with Bitcoin $BTC.X ( â–˛ 3.24% ) falling about 3% on Thursday and nearing its lowest price in 2025.
Powering the Story: Blame the escalation of the U.S.-China trade conflict. The White House raised the effective tariff rate on Chinese goods to 145%, causing geopolitical uncertainty among investors. Risky investments, such as Bitcoin, are no longer in favor.
Yes, But: Thursday’s release of the Consumer Price Index showing a decrease for March should have helped with Bitcoin’s price, but there wasn’t enough momentum to counteract the bearish sentiment stemming from geopolitical risks.
Also: Many of the tools used for Bitcoin mining come from China, which means tariffs are bad for Bitcoin mining.
Early Bird’s Nest Egg Gains: If the trade war and tariffs between the U.S. and China worsen, Bitcoin could experience both short-term volatility and potential long-term shifts in its market dynamics.
The short-term impact includes a market sell-off, increased liquidations, and liquidity stress.
The long-term impact includes Bitcoin losing its so-called “safe haven” narrative and mining and supply chain disruptions.
Final Thoughts: Bitcoin is down about 14% this year. Many people assumed Bitcoin would thrive under a Trump presidency and it appears that is not the case.
Apple’s Starlink Update Sparks Huge Earning Opportunity
Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.
One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.
Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches +45M users that have earned over $325M, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones" worldwide, Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more.
Mode is now gearing up for a possible Nasdaq listing (ticker: MODE) but you can still invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.26/share before their share price changes.

Inotiv's FDA Testing Change
Inotiv $NOTV ( â–Ľ 1.02% ) , a contract research organization that provides nonclinical services for drug and medical device development, plunged 28.38% in after-hours trading on Thursday following a rule change at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Details: The FDA announced that it wants to phase out some animal testing requirements and move towards AI-based models.
