Micron's Outlook Breaks Records

Micron Technology $MU ( ▲ 9.94% ) posted strong financial earnings results on Wednesday, sending the stock up 7.99% in after-hours trading.

Financials: Micron reported earnings of $4.78 per share in the past quarter and revenue of $13.64 billion. Both were better than expected.

Outlook: The company anticipates stronger results in the current quarter, including earnings of $8.42 per share and revenue of about $18.7 billion.

Quote: “Our Q2 outlook reflects substantial records across revenue, gross margin, EPS and free cash flow, and we anticipate our business performance to continue strengthening through fiscal 2026. Details: Coinbase is adding stock trading and a predictions market to its platform. 

Final Thoughts: Perhaps this will spark a revival in the stock? It has been down about 5% this year.

MillerKnoll Survives Revenue Decline

The furniture and equipment company MillerKnoll $MLKN ( ▼ 0.39% ) jumped 9.18% in after-hours trading on Wednesday after posting better-than-expected financial results.

Financials: MillerKnoll reported earnings of 43 cents per share in the past quarter and revenue of $955.2 million. Both were better than expected.

Final Thoughts: Revenue was down year-over-year. An increase in orders made sales better than expected.
